Tech pool
An extensive selection of equipment can be borrowed for free from the theaterhaus berlin tech pool. Available equipment includes, for example, projectors, loudspeakers, mixing consoles, microphones, spotlights, tripods and cables (power, video and audio).
Borrowing
Please request and reserve the equipment you would like to borrow in advance. Otherwise, availability cannot be guaranteed.

Please include the following info in your email:
- Contract number
- Full name
- Contact details of the contract holder

Technical know-how is required for the use of the technical equipment in room M003 in Mitte and room A001 in Schöneweide. A brief training session with one of our technicians is a prerequisite for using this equipment. Scheduling must be clarified in advance with the technical management.
The costs for this equipment will be invoiced with the room hire or can be paid in cash/by card at check-in.
Cancellation
If you realize that you do not need the equipment you have reserved, please cancel your reservation immediately so that others can use the equipment.
Return
All borrowed equipment must be returned undamaged to the tech pool after use. If the tech pool is not occupied, you can return the equipment at the reception desk.
Costs
Most of the equipment is free of charge. Please handle the borrowed items with care. If you notice that something is damaged, please report it immediately to avoid additional charges.
The following items can also be borrowed for a hire fee: Electric piano, grand piano and upright piano. The charges for rented equipment will be added to the room rental invoice. You also have the option of paying with cash or credit card when checking in.
Lost or damaged equipment will be charged separately.
